Guy Kashtan

Co-Founder and CEO
Guy holds a B.A. in Computer Science and is a Zell Entrepreneurship Program graduate. Guy has an extensive technological background as a Software Engineer and Product Manager. Prior to Rewire, Guy worked at Microsoft as a Program Manager on the Cortana team and was leading multiple products.

Saar Yahalom

Co-Founder and CTO
Saar holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science, both graduated with honors, from prominent academic institutions. Saar has over 15 years of experience in building, leading, and driving teams and projects at leading companies such as Intel, Raphael, and Microsoft. Before co-founding Rewire, Saar served as a principal tech lead for the Cortana team at Microsoft Israel.

Adi Ben Dayan

Co-Founder, VP R&D
Adi’s past experience includes tech teams' manager both at Microsoft and at the IDF elite intelligence forces, with extensive experience in building world quality software for millions of users, including Power BI, Excel, Windows Store, IDF combat intelligence systems and more.

A thought leader on customer centricity, Guy has over 15 years of experience in building, strategizing, and expanding customer, product, and operations teams at global B2C companies such as Fiverr, ebay, modu, and Sandisk.

Yael Butnaru

VP HR
Yael has over a decade of experience managing teams and leading HR strategies, with the last 5 years in the rapidly evolving Fintech industry. She last served as HR Global Director at Payoneer, where she lead and implemented the company's HR strategy and managed large-scale projects globally. Yael also laid the foundations of HR in the first Barclays R&D Center in Israel.

Arfang Sonko

GM Europe
Arfang is the General Manager at Rewire in Europe. He has been working in the Fintech industry for 12 years, helping a number of growth-stage companies apply for Electronic Money Institution and Payment Institution licenses across Europe, and managing their regulated activities. His professional experience has been driven by his determination to combine financial innovation with positive social impact.

Gadi Regev

Director of Operations
Gadi has more than 13 years of experience in founding and leading Fintech and Financial operational teams. He is passionate about financial inclusion, developing markets and focus on operational strategies and optimization of operations. Previously he co-founded Fido Solutions, a Fintech company focusing on mobile consumer lending where he established and lead operations in Ghana and the Philippines. Gadi holds B.A. in Business from the College of Management Academic studies.

Shenhav Yehuda

Director of Marketing
Shenhav has more than 8 years of experience in both B2C and B2B marketing from leading Hi-tech companies such as Intel. She earned her BA and MBA in marketing from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prior to that, she served in the 8200 unit in the Israeli military.

Yuval Mendelson

Director of Product
Yuval had served in various Product roles in the past 15 years. From video streaming, marketplaces, gaming and even fashion industry, Yuval had successfully launched numerous innovative and fun-to-use products. Yuval specializes in B2C products and always puts the customer in the center.

A committed manager with rich experience in building, strategizing and managing large-scale B2B and B2C projects, driving operational excellence and efficiency. Passionate about building customer-centricity strategies and developing new markets and services.
