How’s the network coverage?
Lebara uses the award-winning Vodafone network in the UK. Their 4G network covers more than 99% of the UK population and 96% of the UK’s landmass. Our customers experience a fast, robust and reliable 5G network with average data speeds of over 20mbps.
Do all plans include 5G?
All our plans now come with 5G. However, to use 5G, you will need a compatible 5G handset and be in an area with 5G coverage.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes, you can retain your existing number and it’s easy to move your existing number to Lebara.
How can I manage my account and check my balance?
The most convenient way would be to do it via our MyLebara app to download on iPhones and Android phones. Alternatively, you can also do it via our website by logging into your myLebara account.
Can I use my data allowance to tether multiple devices?
Yes, your data allowance can be used to tether multiple devices or create a mobile hotspot when outside a wifi-zone.
Is WiFi calling available with Lebara?
Yes, you can make calls over WiFi and VoLTE(4G) on our network. You will need to update the settings on your device to enable this feature. It may take up to 7 days for this feature to be available for new customers.
Do I need to pay extra to call abroad?
All Lebara plans include calls to 42 countries for free. These include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, South Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United States, and Ukraine. If you need to call a country outside of this list then you will need to add credit to your Lebara account.
What bolt-ons are available and how much do they cost?
There’s a 1GB 5G data bolt-on for £3, a 200 UK minutes bolt-on for £3, and, a 50 International minutes bolt-on also for £3.
Do I have to pay for EU roaming?
No. You can use all of your plan allowances in the EU for no extra cost (except the Unlimited data plan which can use up to 30GB).
Will my plans prices go up?
